Who we help

Growing companies

Usually 20 to 500 people, running on spreadsheets, Tally and WhatsApp. You need a first real system, sized to your budget, that won't box you in later.

Established teams

You already run Salesforce, SAP or an ERP, and it has grown messy. You need it cleaned up, connected to everything else, and actually used.

We don't resell anything. No platform pays us to recommend it, so if a ₹2,000-a-month app solves your problem, that's what you'll hear from us.

Sound familiar?

The usual fix for each, before we've seen your version. Yours will have its own twist, which is why we start by looking.

  • The same order gets typed into three places

Usually an integration, not new software. Data is entered once and flows everywhere else.

  • Your accounts live in Tally. Everything else doesn't.

Keep Tally. We connect it to your orders, stock and bank, so nobody re-types an invoice again.

    Email us about this
  • Approvals live in WhatsApp and email

A simple approval workflow, often inside a tool you already pay for, with a record of who approved what and when.

    Email us about this
  • Month-end takes two weeks

Reconciliation that runs itself. Bank, GST and ledger matching, so your accounts team checks the exceptions instead of every line.

    Email us about this
  • You pay for Salesforce or Zoho, and nobody uses it

Fix the setup before buying more. Most unused CRMs were configured for someone else's process. We reshape them around yours.

    Email us about this
  • Your process doesn't fit any software

Then we build it, including tools that run fully offline on your own machines.

Salesforce, ERPNext, or something built for you.

The recommendation follows your problem, your team and your budget. Here's how we weigh the usual candidates.

  • Salesforce

Right whenSales and service run on many hands, and you need one view of every customer that scales to hundreds of users.

Wrong whenFive people share a spreadsheet and the real problem is the process, not the tool.

  • ERPNext

Right whenYou need a real ERP on a tight budget, and want your team learning the enterprise way of working from day one.

Wrong whenYour group already runs SAP and you need to fit into it.

  • SAP and Oracle

Right whenScale, multiple entities and auditors demand it. We prepare your data and processes for the move, and integrate with them after.

Wrong whenThe licence would cost more than the problem.

  • Zoho and HubSpot

Right whenYou want to move fast with a small team and sensible defaults.

Wrong whenYour process is unusual enough to fight the defaults every day.

  • Built for you

Right whenNo product fits the job, or it has to run offline, on your own machines.

Wrong whenA product already does it well. Custom code is a commitment.

Recent work

27 lakh

combinations checked in one run, fully offline.

A manufacturer that planned batches by trial and error

Choosing the right mix meant testing options by hand in Excel. We built a tool that takes their list of around 100 items, works through every combination and picks the best result on its own. It runs on their own machines, with no internet and no subscription.

Planning that took 1–3 days now takes 15 minutes.

Custom application, manufacturing

50

people moving onto one system.

A real ERP on a startup budget

Spreadsheets had stopped working, but enterprise licences didn't make sense yet. We're rolling out ERPNext, set up the way SAP and Oracle work, so a later move is a transition rather than a restart.

Actively running Purchase, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Quality Check and more.

Options at different budgets, including doing less.

You get a written recommendation you can take to anyone, us included.

We configure, integrate, migrate your data and train your team.

You get regular demos and documentation that you own.

  4. After go-live

We stay until the system is used, not just installed.

Your team gets a named person and a phone number.

Who we are

A partner-led firm, founded by consultants with multiple years of experience across ERP, Salesforce, custom software and operations. The person you first speak to is the person who does the work.

The name comes from Brigid, the Celtic patron of smiths. A smith doesn't sell one standard blade; they shape the one the person in front of them needs.
